THE 4A ACTION MODEL

We have observed, through 60+ years in senior & executive leadership positions, in 10+ major corporations in the USA & internationally, that The 4A Model is routinely evident at all levels of successful leadership. In short, leaders spend a lot of time "Assessing" yet they fail to act. This is because they have not "Acknowledged" at a deep-rooted level what the assessment has surfaced . It is our experience that it is this deep-rooted acknowledgement which opens one's thinking to
"Adapt" and ultimately to "Achieve".

ASSESS

Leaders spend a lot of time assessing, but often may not progress past this point. They get stuck assessing and re-assessing

ACKNOWLEDGE

Many will fail to acknowledge at a deep-rooted level, i.e. internalize, the learning from the assessment stage. We help guide and coach leaders and their teams to transition forward towards taking real action

Once one has begun to adapt, inevitably, you begin moving closer to achieving your objectives

THE 4A ACTION WORKSHOP

 We work with the Leader and his/her team to:
  1. Design a workshop with built-in methodologies that enables the core underlying concerns to surface so that the team can address the key issues

  2. Level set each person's understanding of their impact on the team, leveraging The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™, and Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™

  3. Create a profile of the effectiveness of the team and any potential gaps to being a High Performing Team.

  4. Facilitate the tailored workshop creating a necessary safe environment in which we challenge and guide the team to address the identified key issues, focusing on Actions, Deliverables, Accountabilities and Timelines that will deliver the Team's desired results
 We follow up with:
  •  A documented summary of the workshop which captures all Actions, Deliverables, Timelines and Accountabilities that the Team agreed to during the workshop

  • Four to Six 30-minute Individual Coaching/Mentoring sessions, at a cadence of 4 to 6 weeks, to ensure execution of the agreed action plan
